Linda Hecht (pronounced heck), a former direct sales representative for a Fortune 500 company, was always on the go between her home office and the homes or offices of her customers.
She tried to get organized, using everything that would provide a system for her
sales material, it never seemed to get under control. With haphazard organization,
she was missing out on business opportunities because she wasn't one-step ahead of
what her prospects needed.
Using the old standby briefcase to hold files, she found that it was cumbersome to
dig around in. So, she went searching for something else and found a larger organizer
on wheels. Regrettably, she soon realized that it was too awkward to get in and out
of the car, and ended up breaking on her. Finally, she grabbed a tote bag, and discovered
it wasn't suitable keeping paperwork, supplies, and tools organized.
Like everyone else, Linda wanted the ultimate organizer. After putting a wish list
together she invented the unique design of Hecht of an Organizer®. She started off
by designing around cardboard boxes promoting the use of an eco-friendly product,
and because the container was open, it allowed for easy access. The 18 plus pockets
she chose to include on it gave everything she needed to carry a home. The upscale
fabric design allowed it to be left out anywhere. But best of all, because of the
box’s durable handles, it's easy to tote and fit her on-the-go lifestyle. Linda’s
life became instantly organized, and stayed that way!
It wasn’t long after people started seeing the Hecht of an Organizer® that they started
commenting on how they were using cardboard boxes to hold items at home. They just
hadn’t realized that by creating compartments, they could actually get and stay organized
so easily.
It was then that Linda knew she had an exclusive organizer on her hand, and before
she knew it, Hecht of an Organizer® was launched.
Today thousands of organizers have
been sold to people who were looking for a cost-effective way to organize their active
lives.
